i sign up for healthcare through work - i assume my employer chooses to offer "good" insurance options (comprehensive, sensible) only. is that a fair assumption? probably. do i generally make appointments or head to the ER with hesitancy because i don't *really* know if i'm unexpectedly going to get smacked with a huge bill? yes.
